ORDERING

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. 
Singapore delivery takes 2–4 business days. 
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us 
as soon as possible at hello@maisonjbebe.com. 
We'll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes 
once an order has been dispatched.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — complimentary gift wrapping is included on all orders. 
Each piece arrives wrapped with care, ready to gift.

SIZING & FIT

What size should I order?
Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements. 
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. 
You're also welcome to write to us — we're happy to help.

Do the dresses run true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit. 
They are true to size with a little room for movement.

FABRIC & CARE

What fabric are the dresses made from?
Our Jardin de J collection uses soft, breathable fabrics 
chosen for comfort and durability. Full fabric details 
are listed on each product page.

How do I care for the dresses?
Please refer to our Care Instructions page for full details. 
We recommend gentle hand wash or delicate machine cycle 
in cold water to preserve the fabric and embroidery.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for wrong size 
or wrong colour received. Items must be unworn, 
unwashed, and with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@maisonjbebe.com with your order number 
and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
