RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MAISON J, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns if:

• You received the wrong size
• You received the wrong colour
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

How to return: Email hello@maisonjbebe.com with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Exchanges: We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the correct size or colour.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
